Wonderful! I was able to drop off the vehicle overnight after their closing hours. They have been consistent with updates through calls and texts along the whole process. A link is even shared where it displays pictures of concerns around my vehicle with detailed descriptions. I really like the visual aspect of the problem from my own phone instead of just verbal descriptions through a call. During a call they introduce themselves with such a positive, friendly and respectful manner, they listen to you and describe the problem along with the cost, no pressure whatsoever. The decision is all yours.
An offer of a loaner was given, I declined as a personal choice but they are a business who cares.

The repair order also is really detailed with what was replaced, the cost of the part, what was found, the importance, the cost of labor for each...so detailed! So informed!
