Friendly and on board with me wanting to be proactive with my maintenance(ie...do fluid changes sooner than manufacture recommendations! Took my car in right away! I brought my vehicle in for maintenance and was thoroughly impressed to have it back in less than 24 hours.  Not only was the turnaround time incredibly fast, but my car is now running better than ever I want to especially recognize Ms. Jo for her outstanding customer service. She was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to speak with.  Ms. Jo took the time to fully explain all the costs and clearly recommended which services required prompt attention. I arrived on time 8:00am. Went in office and got a good greeting from office staff. She got everything going on my service. Was told about a few things noticed about my car.
